Implementation consideration: spot instances could technically be terminated within two minutes. We'd need to subscribe to EventBridge and have a mpmc in Caution to emit EventBridge events to each builder. Builders then have to select! between the main loop and receiving events from EventBridge. If EventBridge notifies that a builder will be going offline, the instance should be terminated and a new instance should be created.
