Consolidated into #219, which remains open. Its body now explicitly requires caution --help and caution login --help to describe browser-link/WebAuthn authentication alongside QR use and distinguish local security-key authentication. Closing this separate tracking item as consolidated, not as fixed; PR #218 was not merged.
