Merged PR #378 updates the explicit managed-pricing margin configuration and adds the Paddle-backed BYOC monthly subscription tiers/path requested here. Verified on current main that
prices.json.examplecontains the updated managed margin and BYOC tier prices, and the pricing config/API/metering paths consume and validate those values. Closing this as complete.
