Summary

Identify this repository on git.caution.co as the canonical source, regardless of which Git forge hosts a mirror.
Replace the GitHub-specific notice and its old Codeberg destination.

#479 also edits the README as part of broader forge migration work. This focused notice PR intentionally leaves dependency, example, and other link migrations untouched.
