Summary

Correct the homepage's caution init description: it creates caution.hcl, not a Procfile.
Update the current setup instructions and HCL snippets in llms-full.txt so machine-readable guidance agrees with the homepage and docs.
Link to the primary quickstart for public runtime settings and explicit HTTP protection choices.

Test plan

make build — passed (production Jekyll/nginx image).
git diff --check — passed.
Read-only inspection of the built site via docker run --rm caution-co tar c -C /usr/share/nginx/html . — rendered homepage contains the corrected caution.hcl wording; neither homepage nor llms-full.txt contains Procfile.

Scope

No styling, runtime, or deployment changes. The dated 2025 launch article remains a historical post; this PR corrects current homepage/setup guidance. Companion docs and CLI-template fixes are separate PRs.
